Snack Oasis provides smart vending machine services at various locations throughout Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) stations. Our services include:

• Sale of snacks, beverages, and confectionery through automated vending machines
• Digital and cash payment services
• Web platform for locating vending machines
• Partnership services for location owners

3. Vending Machine Usage

When using our vending machines, you agree to:

• Use the machines for legitimate purposes only
• Not attempt to damage or tamper with the machines
• Not attempt to obtain products without payment
• Report any malfunctions or issues with the machines
• Respect the locations and surrounding areas

4. Payment and Transactions

We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, contactless payments, and digital wallets. All sales are final. In case of machine malfunction or product issues, please contact our customer service at +971 55 280 3522 or info@snack-oasis.com for refunds or exchanges.

5. Refund Policy

In the event that a vending machine fails to deliver a product after payment, or if you receive a damaged product, we provide full refunds or exchanges. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
